followed by dinner in Hayes Hall around 6:30 pm

$35 per person. Post will pay for members. Members will pay for their guests.

Italian Sausage Bread, Meatballs with Peppers & Onions, Salad
Chicken Marsala
Pieces of chicken, lightly coated, flavored in a sauce of Shallots.
Onions, Garlic with Marsala Wine reduction
Pork Pernil
Spanish slow roasted seasoned pork shoulder.
Farfelle (Boties) in a Vegetable Light Cream Sauce
Mixed vegetables in a cream sauce over farfalle
Chicken Milanese
Breaded chicken breast with your choice of basil marinara sauce or a
brown wild mushroom rags
Spanish Rice
Rice prepared with mined vegetables and South American Seasoning
Baked Ziti
Italian imported pasta with homemade Basil Marinara sauce, baked
with Ricotta, Mozzarella & Pecorino Romano cheese
